Подключение к IP-концентратору осуществляется по интерфейсу RS-485.

Максимальная длина линии связи в соответствии со спецификацией RS-485 при использовании специального кабеля для RS-485 — до 1000 м.

При подключении следует учитывать необходимость согласования линии RS-485.

При подключении RS-устройств разных типов на одном интерфейсе RS-485 в общем случае не следует пересекать их номера.

Однако допускается следующее отступление:

• Номера RS-концентраторов могут пересекаться с номерами контроллеров сторонних производителей
• Номера RS-концентраторов с 3-перемычками выбора адреса могут пересекаться между разными типами концентраторов

УСТРОЙСТВО И РАБОТА ИЗДЕЛИЯ

Концентратору для работы требуется внешнее питание 220В.

В некоторых случаях: при питании интерфейса RS-458 от внешнего источника питания (24В — 60В постоянного тока), при установке перемычки «ОТ 24В» концентратор может работать без подключения к внешнему питанию 220В. Запитка реле при этом будет происходить от линии питания RS-интерфейса.

»’Внимание!»’
Перемычку «ОТ 24В» »’следует»’ использовать только при питании RS-интерфейса от внешнего источника питания. При запитывании КУП-2(4)RS от ТЛ-концентратора(КЦС, КУН-2Д1, КУН-2ДМ) установка перемычки «ОТ 24В» категорически запрещается!!!. В отличии от концентраторов КУП-2, выпускаемых ранее, на выходах отсутствует 220В, т.е

выход сделан по типу «сухой контакт» с контактами реле, которые коммутируют внешнее напряжение. Если концентратор устанавливается вместо работающего ранее КУП-2, следует завести на реле 220В от внешнего питания и далее подключить катушку электромагнитного пускателя (подробнее см. схемы подключения устройств далее)

В отличии от концентраторов КУП-2, выпускаемых ранее, на выходах отсутствует 220В, т.е. выход сделан по типу «сухой контакт» с контактами реле, которые коммутируют внешнее напряжение. Если концентратор устанавливается вместо работающего ранее КУП-2, следует завести на реле 220В от внешнего питания и далее подключить катушку электромагнитного пускателя (подробнее см. схемы подключения устройств далее)

Концентратор анализирует состояние дискретных входов, а также входов контрольных точек по напряжению и передает данную информацию по запросу управляющего TL- или IP- концентратора, к которому он подключен.

Управляющий выход коцентратора представлет собой обычное нормально разомкнутое реле.

При поступлении внешней команды управления (или переключении тумблера), концентратор замыкает/размыкает указанное в команде реле.

Внимание! Для связки КЦС + КУП
При последовательном включении каналов управления интервал между командами составляет порядка 5 с. Обозначение входов концентратора:

• +-ОСi — входы для подключения контрольных точек по напряжению. Диапазон контролируемого напряжения определяется положением перемычки Di.

  • ОК — общий контакт
  • НР — нормально разомкнутый контакт

Перемычки на плате концентратора

• Перемычка одета — контроль переменного напряжения 24/110В на входе +-ОСi
• Перемычка cнята (по умолчанию) — контроль переменного напряжения 120/220В на входе +-ОСi

ОТ 24В

• Перемычка одета — при пропадании внешнего питания 220В реле будут запитаны от 24В питания интерфейса RS-485.
• Перемычка cнята (по умолчанию) — при пропадании внешнего питания 220В реле запомнят свое состояние и разомкнуться, при восстановлении питания 220В реле восстановят запомненное состояние.

Внимание!

»’Внимание!»’
Перемычку «ОТ 24В» »’следует»’ использовать только при питании RS-интерфейса от внешнего источника питания. При запитывании КУП-2(4)RS от ТЛ-концентратора(КЦС, КУН-2Д1, КУН-2ДМ) установка перемычки «ОТ 24В» категорически запрещается!!!. TERM — согласующий 120 Ом резистор интерфейса RS-485.

Тумблеры на плате концентратора

SA1 — SA2 — принудительное включение соответствующего канала управления.

При расположении платы, как указано в разделе Назначение (выше), тумблеры находятся в положении ВЫКЛ.

Внимание! Важно. Тумблеры подключены параллельно реле

Тумблером можно включить (и затем выключить) канал, только при отключенном реле (т.е. не было команды ВКЛ. из ПО).
2. Если реле включено по команде из ПО, то реакции на переключения тумблера не будет.
3. Если при включенном реле включить тумблер и оставить его в этом положении,
то после отключения реле по команде из ПО канал КУП’а останется включенным.

НАСТРОЙКА ПРОГРАММНОГО ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ

Настройка программного обеспечения описывается в руководствах на программы

• Tekon OPC-сервер,
• АСУД.SCADA.

В целом следует последовательно выполнить:

1. регистрацию КУП-2RS в ОРС-сервере
2. визуализацию данных КУП-2RS в рабочей программе АСУД.SCADA

В ОРС-сервере следует:

• добавить КУП-2RS к TL- или IP- концентратору.
• выполнить настройку каналов концентратора
• в случае если к КУП-2RS подключаются другие концентраторы или устройства, выполнить их отображение и настройку в соответствии с документацией.

Далее, закрываем ОРС-сервер.

В АСУД.SCADA следует:

• воспользоваться примитивом Шаблон для быстрой настройки всех сигналов концентратора КУП-2RS
• либо разместить необходимое число примитивов на карте и связать их с тэгами концентратора

Для проверки сигналов (без необходимости отрисовки карты) можно в АСУД.SCADA воспользоваться функционалом просмотра сигналов ОРС-сервера.

ТРАНСПОРТИРОВКА И ПРАВИЛА ХРАНЕНИЯ

При транспортировании необходимо соблюдать меры предосторожности с учетом предупредительных надписей на транспортных ящиках.

В части воздействия климатических факторов внешней среды при транспортировании КУП-2RS должны обеспечиваться условия хранения 2 по ГОСТ 15150 69.

После транспортирования при отрицательных температурах или повышенной влажности воздуха КУП-2RS непосредственно перед установкой на эксплуатацию должны быть выдержаны без упаковки в течение не менее 6 часов в помещении с нормальными климатическими условиями.

КУП-2RS в упаковке предприятия-изготовителя допускается хранить в закрытых помещениях с естественной вентиляцией, без искусственно регулируемых климатических условий, где колебания температуры и влажности воздуха существенно меньше, чем на открытом воздухе, расположенных в макроклиматических районах с умеренным и холодным климатом в условиях хранения по группе 2 ГОСТ 15150-69. В помещениях для хранения не должно быть пыли, паров кислот и щелочей, агрессивных газов и других вредных примесей, вызывающих коррозию.
